Roast beef cooking

A different way to make a perfect Medium Rare Roast Beef

Ingredients:

3 1/2 Lb Roast
Season to taste

Directions:

I cooked a 3.5 roast for 21 minutes at 500 degrees and let it sit in the oven for two hours without opening the door.

It came out perfectly medium rare.
