Aunt Ann's Applesauce

The secret applesauce recipe from Ann Guida

Ingredients:

30-35 Courtland Apples
Sugar
Cinnamon

Directions:

Slice the apples thin, place them in a pot and cook on medium-high heat until they become mushy. The apples will render their own juices. Keep stirring just to keep the apples mixed.

Once cooked (soft), mash the apples over the heat.

Add Sugar and Cinnamon to taste (Dominique is the taster here)

Use a Stick or Puree them in a Blender.
