Ingredients:

3 pound bag of Boneless Chicken
2 cans of Cream of Chicken soup
2 bags of 16oz of Frozen Mixed vegetables
1 cup of bisquick
1 cup of water
Salt and Pepper to taste.

Directions:

We are first going to cook the chicken, for that, take the chicken and defrost it fully if it is frozen. If you are getting fresh chicken, place it into a large container and add water until you fill the container fully. Place the container to boil and wait for 5 – 8 minutes until the chicken is cooked properly, check the inside of the chicken to see if it’s cooked properly. If it is still pink let it cook further.

Once the chicken is cooked shred the chicken into tiny pieces. The easiest way to shred chicken is by using a mixer. If you don’t have a mixer, use a fork and knife to shred the chicken into pieces.

Get a bowl where you can add all your ingredients and mix them. Place the the vegetables and cream of chicken soup into the bowl and mix them properly. Add the shredded chicken into it and season it with salt and pepper.

Mix the water with the bisquick into a smaller bowl and mix it with the other ingredients in the larger bowl.

Get a muffin baking tray and spray it with cooking spray. If you do not have cooking spray , simply apply a thin layer of butter. Place the mix in the muffin tray.

Bake the Bisquick Chicken Pot Pie in a preheated oven at around 400 – 350 F for 25 – 30 minutes until your Bisquick Chicken Pot pie become nicely baked.

Once baked, let the Bisquick Chicken Pot pie cool for about 10 minutes and then remove them from the pan. Voila now you can serve them in dishes and eat them!
